Jordan did a very thorough and effective inspection. He shared every finding no matter how significant it seemed. He never dissuaded me in my decision. Positive feedback when I asked a question. Jordan was excellent. He reviewed every aspect of the property and took pictures of major areas and areas that needed repair or change. His comments on areas of need were very good. We met him at the end of the inspection. He showed a warm personality and great knowledge. We asked questions and he answered well. I am most thankful for his time and attention he gave to the process. I would love to have him as someone who physically could make changes to the areas of need. He is good to work with.
