Brantley began his inspection career as a jet engine inspector for the US Navy, where he served honorably for 7 years. Following his service, he utilized his GI bill and earned a BS in Construction Management from NC A&T University. Since then, Brantley has worked as an inspector on some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the world, including defense projects, power plants, and high voltage substations. He brings that same level of professionalism and attention to detail to every home inspection he conducts.
Jennifer Mays: NC Home Inspector License #3653
Jennifer holds a BS in Microbiology from NC State University. Her intricate knowledge of chemical and biological processes gives her a critical advantage in detecting wood destroying organisms and other biological threats to your home. Prior to joining Parkwood, Jennifer worked for 8 years as a laboratory technician at Wake Forest University.
Derrick Dickens: NC Home Inspector License # 4145
Derrick joined Parkwood in March of 2018. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Greensboro College. He is rigger certified and has experience welding, fabricating, framing, and pouring concrete. Derrick has a keen eye for detail. He is an experienced and knowledgeable home inspector and a fabulous addition to the Parkwood Team.
Jordan Korslien: NC Home Inspector License #4912
Jordan joined Parkwood in the spring of 2021. He originally grew up on a farm in Minot, North Dakota, where he gained plenty of construction experience keeping the farm running and building barns. His grandfather was a prominent Realtor in the area and Jordan spent many years working as a handyman completing property repairs (and remodels) for his grandfather’s real estate firm. Jordan spent a few years working in management, but ultimately decided he enjoyed the versatility of real estate and construction- so home inspection was a perfect fit for him. He and his wife have a small child and recently moved to the Triad to be closer to her family. We are thrilled to have such an amazing addition to the Parkwood Team.
Chris McClintock: NC Home Inspector License #6409
Chris joined Parkwood in 2025 and brings both strong local roots and a skill set that fits naturally with the demands of home inspection. Born and raised in the Triad, he offers valuable insight into the homes and communities we serve. His background in Fire and EMS has given him a sharp eye for safety, a thorough and methodical approach, and the ability to stay calm and focused in any situation. Just as important, his experience working with the public has shaped his clear communication style and commitment to taking care of clients during what can be a stressful process. As a husband and father of two daughters, he understands how important it is for a home to be safe and dependable, and that perspective carries into every inspection he performs. Chris is a great addition to the Parkwood team and reflects the level of service and professionalism we strive to provide.
