I really want to leave a review for Mike. I appreciated him being on time as my husband and I work out of the home and time was definitely something we needed to stick to.

Mike was very informative and let us do our thing while he did his.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated that he did not make me feel rushed when I asked him questions about what he found.

The inspection report we received was perfect!  When we got together with the builder to go over what was found (this was for our 1 year warranty on a new build), because of the pictures and descriptions given in the report, it saved so much time and made it so much less stressful!!!

I will for sure refer everyone to Parkwood Property Inspections!  My husband and I are very happy customers!!
