From the very first phone call with Noelle (who is awesome!) to meeting Mike (who is also awesome!) and going through the inspection, I could not have been more pleased. We recently utilized Parkwood Property Inspections to conduct an inspection of a home we were considering buying. Parkwood was able to get us on the schedule quickly, and their communication was top notch. Mike Dowd was our inspector. Upon completing the inspection, Mike did a walkthrough with us and our agent to review what he’d observed and respond to any questions. He was professional and friendly. We received the final inspection report shortly afterward. We also utilized Parkwood to complete a pest inspection, and also received that report in a timely manner. We’d definitely recommend Parkwood for your inspection needs – they were great to work with!
