You guys did a great job.  This was my first home purchase, and I was learning what to do kind of on the fly, so my realtor set me up with you all and I could not be happier.  The inspection was very thorough and allowed me to get some things taken care of by the owner before I signed.  Things I did not even think to look for.  Would definitely recommend you in the future.
