My name is Chuck W and thru our awesome Realtor, Kathryn T. (Keller Williams), I had the pleasure of attending the home inspection that Mr. Howard Toomer did at our potential, new home in Julian, N.C.
Just wanted to say that you have a very good Man, in Howard! We’re from Florida and in looking for homes in N.C., Howard has been the best person we’ve encountered! Howard was on time, very professional and was very patient with any and all questions I had asked him!
In fact, in hind site, I am hoping I didn’t make him late to his next Client!
I could tell Howard was being himself and he was very comfortable and knowledgeable and yet answered all my questions in terms I could understand! My business is Muscle Cars! Not home construction! 🙂
He was never condescending or impatient!
My Wife and I have already learned that in N.C. (and positively, in Florida), his positives are somewhat rare! Just wanted you all to know that we appreciated Howard!
Our Daughter is also going to be purchasing a home in N.C. and we now know that Kathryn and I, already know who, we’ll be calling! Parkwood Property Inspections and Howard Toomer!
