The choice was straight forward for Brantley. He liked his work at his corporate job, and a big part of his job was inspecting the work of others. He didn’t like the lack of control over where we were sent and the length of time we would be there. We knew he wanted to continue his career in the construction industry, so we needed to create a business allowing him to perform the aspects of his job that he enjoyed, while being able to stay in one place. For Jennifer, the choice wasn’t as clear cut. Her strengths are organization and planning, but she didn’t want to be sidelined to administrative tasks.
