Process was easy. They were friendly, explained all, on time, and thoroughly went through everything.
I selected Parkwood for our VA home inspection/pest/septic. I specifically chose Parkwood because of it being a veteran owned business. However, what also stood out was Brantley served in aviation during his military time, so I knew he had a well-tuned eye for detail.
Parkwood responded quickly to my phone call to set an appointment. On inspection day, they arrived early, and the inspection was well coordinated. Brantley took the time to explain all aspects of his work and what he was inspecting and why. The report was generated within 24 hours, and we were well on our way toward closing.
The inspection went very smoothly. Brantley was great to work with and very professional. He took the time to walk us through all the findings (majority were very minor) and explain what it meant for the future of the home.
